By completing the online booking form you are requesting a place on the on your chosen course. This does not confirm your booking. Your place will be confirmed by OMA in writing as soon as possible.
Upon confirmation of your place on the course, you will be sent an invoice (from Allan Webb Limited) for payment.
Course fee quoted includes tuition, course materials, lunch and refreshments.
An invoice will be issued prior to the course. Full payment is required on receipt of invoice and payment should be received within 30 days of the invoice date or 14 days prior to the course commencement date, whichever is earlier. Should the booking be made within 14 working days of the course commencement date, then payment must be made immediately. Attendance on a course may be refused if full payment has not been received and certificates will not be released until full payment has been made.
Payments can be made in the following ways:
• Electronic bank transfer to Allan Webb Ltd
• Cheque made payable to Allan Webb Ltd
• Debit or credit card payments will be subject to a 2.5% charge Ltd
We regret that a full fee must be charged when confirmed bookings are cancelled within 14 days of the course start date. In the event of a cancellation, you may nominate a substitute, but if a suitable substitute cannot be found the following scale of charges will apply.
30 days or more before the course starts – full refund
20 days or less – 50% refund
14 days or less – no refund
